101.5 KGB Wakes Up With Big Rich, TD & Fletch
• Late last night we received the news that iHeartMedia Classic Rock 101.5 KGB-FM/San Diego was launching a new, yet oddly familiar morning show — say hello to Big Rich, TD & Fletch, weekdays from 6-10am PT, on starting Monday, August 5.
Big Rich, TD & Fletch debuted in morning drive over on sister KGB-AM (San Diego Sports760) in 2022, and earlier this year launched a companion music-based show in afternoon drive on 101.5 KGB-FM.
“The energy, humor and positivity that Big Rich, TD & Fletch bring to their shows in San Diego is infectious,” said Taylor Jukes, SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia San Diego. “These three have lively and engaging perspectives across three generations and their love of sports, technology and pop culture will engage San Diegans on the morning commute.”
“Big Rich” Ohrnberger has hosted multiple shows for San Diego Sports760 since the end of his six-year NFL career as an offensive lineman for the New England Patriots, Arizona Cardinals and San Diego Chargers. He’s now the color analyst for the San Diego State Aztecs.
Travis “TD” Dale has worked in various roles across Southern California, in Talk Programming, Producing, Traffic and even radio sales.
Ben “Fletch” Fletcher served as a producer and morning show co-host on San Diego Sports760 before joining Big Rich and TD on-air. He has a passion for the San Diego State Aztecs and has been on the football and basketball broadcasts for the last six years.
When Big Rich, TD & Fletch moves to mornings on 101.5 KGB, current morning host Clint August will move to afternoon drive. Big Rich, TD & Fletch will also be heard in a new two-hour midday slot on San Diego Sports760. Rounding out the lineup will be The Dan Patrick Show rom 6-9am; The Herd with Colin Cowherd from 9am-noon; The Midday Match-Up from noon-1pm; Big Rich, TD & Fletch from 1-3pm; and Jon and Jim from 3-6pm.
