98 Rock/Baltimore Seeks An APD

• Highly-rated Hearst Mainstream Rock WIYY (98 Rock)/Baltimore, one of the longest-running rock stations in America, and the flagship radio station of youuuuuurrrr Baltimore Ravens has an immediate opening for an Assistant Program Director.

As the new 98 Rock APD, [your name here] will work closely with PD Rick Strauss and play a key role in all station programming functions including music scheduling, research, strategic planning, production & imaging, promotion & marketing, and other awesome functions.

The gig requires a minimum of three years of experience in a programming-related role. You must arrive sporting expertise in music scheduling software, preferably MusicMaster; have knowledge of automation software (WideOrbit preferred), audio editing ability (Adobe Audition preferred) and a keen knowledge of rock music (all sub-genres).
