Under the ownership of LITT Global, led by Brent Thompson and Cody McDowell, LITT Live welcomes a powerhouse executive team, including global music icon Akon, who joins as Director of LITT Live, further cementing the platform’s position as a leader in music streaming and cultural innovation.
In addition to Akon’s appointment, LITT Live is excited to welcome an esteemed executive team, which includes veteran radio programmer Robert Michael, (the artist formerly known as Rob Scorpio) as Pres. & CEO; Kirk “DJ Illegal” Wyatt, as Executive Vice President of Programming; and Tony Neal as Program Director & Brand Manager of Urban Programming.
Brent Thompson and Cody McDowell both have track records of building and scaling digital platforms. Their vision: to transform LITT Live into an experiential radio platform that blends live events, exclusive artist access, and next-level programming. They focus on creating unforgettable experiences for listeners — online and in person.
