America Meets Mason Dixon

• Audio 1 is proud to announce the signing of the ’80s-centric music show, Mason Dixon Generation ’80s for national distribution.

The highly successful weekend show, hosted by legendary programmer/air personality Mason Dixon has been airing on Saturday mornings on Beasley Classic Hits WRBQ (Q105)/Tampa, where Dixon spent a large chunk of his radio career, and now will be available to stations from coast-to-coast, courtesy of Audio 1 Distribution.

While the show is music-intensive, Dixon (left and right) does leave room to share some classic stories about the music and the artists from his years of breaking most of these songs on Q105 back in the day.

Based in Dallas, Audio 1 already represents several talk and music products. Mason Dixon Generation ’80s will continue to air on Q105 Saturday mornings from 7-10am ET, but affiliates will be able to run it live or repurpose it for another daypart over the weekend.
