Andrews Now SVPP, iHeart Madison & Milwaukee
• iHeartMedia has promoted Brett Andrews to Senior Vice President of Programming for the 12-station Madison and Milwaukee markets and Program Director of Top 40 WZEE (Z104)/Madison. He will retain his existing role as PD of Classic Hits WRIT (95.7 BIG FM)/Milwaukee.
Andrews joined iHeartMedia more than 13 years ago and has been with iHeart Milwaukee Jan. 2015, when he transferred from the PD post at Top 40 sister KSLZ & Rhythmic KBWX (WiLD 104-9)/St. Louis. Prior to his two-year St. Louis run, Andrews programmed Top 40 KKRZ and Rhythmic KXJM/Portland. Andrews began his radio career in 2001 doing weekends at WVBO/Oshkosh, WI. He later did afternoons at KFRX/Lincoln, NE, programmed KZCH/Wichita, did afternoons at KVEG/Las Vegas and enjoyed a earlier Milwaukee run doing nights at Entercom/Audacy Top 40 WXSS (103.7 Kiss FM).
Andrews will report jointly to Colleen Valkoun, Market President for iHeartMedia Milwaukee and Jeff Tyler, Area President for iHeartMedia Wisconsin.
