‘Beth & Friends’ Ups Babinski To Co-Host

• iHeartMedia AC KESZ (99.9 KEZ)/Phoenix promotes from within and formally elevates Andrew Babinski to Co-Host on the long-running Beth and Friends morning show, alongside host Beth McDonald.

In addition to retaining his existing Executive Producer duties, as co-host, Babinski will serve as a primary creative voice on the Beth and Friends on-air show as well as on all Beth and Friends social media channels.

“I’m so happy to have Andrew as my co-host,” McDonald remarked. “This show has a storied history since we debuted in 1990 with Beth and Bill, and transitioned to Beth and Friends after Bill Austin‘s passing in 2010. Andrew is my first co-host since then, and he’s the perfect guy to take over such a meaningful role on our team.” She added, “The show is now the best it has been since the Beth and Bill days, and I’m looking forward to many years of fun ahead with Andrew!”

Paul Kelley, PD of 99.9 KEZ said of Babinski, “Andrew is funny, the listeners and advertisers love him, and he’s a pretty darn good employee. The Beth and Friends show is better with Andrew sitting across from Beth.”

Babinski started his career with iHeartMedia Phoenix 24 years ago after graduating from the Academy of Radio & Television Broadcasting. He earlier served as the Executive Producer for 550 KFYI, and Producer for Fox Sports 910 before being named Executive Producer of the 99.9 KEZ morning show.

“I’m honored and excited to continue working with Beth each morning,” Babinski said. “She’s an absolute legend. I couldn’t have found a better home than iHeartRadio and 99.9 KEZ.”
