Bootleg Kev + Premiere Team Up
• Premiere Networks announced a partnership with veteran air personality Bootleg Kev to nationally syndicate The Bootleg Kev Show on weekdays and weekends. Effective immediately, the top-rated shows will continue to be available to Hip Hop and Rhythmic Top 40 stations as a four-hour weekday afternoon/evening show and a two-hour weekend mix show.
Hosted by Kev, who is joined by co-host and comedian James Andre Jefferson Jr. and producer DJ Sam I Am, both shows are currently heard on 60+ affiliates nationwide, including KRRL/Los Angeles, WMIB/Miami, KKFR/Phoenix, KSSX-FM/San Diego, WBTP/Tampa, KEZE/Spokane, KOHT/Tucson and KDGS/Wichita.
“Three years ago, we launched The Bootleg Kev Show independently with five radio stations and not much of a plan,” said Kev. “Fast forward to today, and we’re entering 2024 with Premiere Networks as our syndication partner. This is truly a dream come true! We look forward to adding to the amazing legacy of talent at Premiere and continuing to build our network with the best people in the business. Thank you to Tom Poleman, Julie Talbott, Jennifer Leimgruber, Peter Tripi, Martin Melius, and everyone involved for believing in The Bootleg Kev Show.”
“We couldn’t be happier to add a talent of Kev’s caliber to our lineup,” said Julie Talbott, President of Premiere Networks. “Kev has built a powerful platform for connecting with Hip Hop fans, and we’re looking forward to expanding his brand of entertainment to even more listeners across the country.”
