Burtscher Upped To MD @ KMLE/Phoenix
• Andrea Burtscher has been promoted to Music Director of Entercom Country KMLE/Phoenix. She will retain her existing role as Marketing and Promotions Director for Entercom Phoenix, which also includes Classic Hits 94.5 KOOL-FM and Top 40 KALV (Live 101.5).
“Country music is Andrea’s lifeblood, and we are confident that she will thrive in this role as she continues to have her pulse on what Phoenix listeners want to hear,” said Dave Pugh, SVP/Market Manager, Entercom Phoenix. “The decision to elevate her to Music Director was an easy one, and I couldn’t be more proud of how far she has come.”
Burtscher joined KMLE in 2008 as a Promotions Assistant and worked her way up to KMLE’s Marketing and Promotion Manager in 2013. She was elevated to cluster Marketing and Promotions Director in 2016. Earlier in her career Burtscher held various promotions roles for WQYK/Tampa and WKKO/Toledo, OH.
