Cory Meets Froggy

• NRG Media Lincoln / Broadcast House Media Country KFGE (Froggy 98)/Lincoln, NE welcomes Cory Edmondson as APD/MD and midday talent. He succeeds Kyle Matthews, who was recently named Brand Manager of Townsquare Media’s KAWO/Boise, ID.

Edmondson, the artist formerly known as Cory Daniels enters the Cornhusker State from KFLS/Klamath Falls, OR. His earlier stops include KTHK/Idaho Falls, ID, KKNU/Eugene, OR, KMTT/Seattle, KINK/Portland, OR and KKOA on the Big Island of Hawai’i.

Froggy 98 OM/PD Steve King commented, “I’ve known Cory for many years and have seen him grow in his career. He has the kind of personality that fits with ‘Nebraska Nice,’ and his work ethic is exactly what Froggy 98 needs. Not to mention, he’s one of the few people who understands the difference between jelly and jam.”

An equally enthused Edmondson exclaimed, “When I heard Big Daddy Steve King was having a party in Lincoln, I knew I needed to pony up and add to the BBQ. So far it’s tasting good… Real good.” Cory will be taking music calls on Tuesdays at 402-479-1415 starting Sept. 27.
