Dávila New PD of TÚ 94.9/Miami

• Walo Dávila is the new Program Director of iHeartMedia Spanish Top 40 WZTU (TÚ 94.9, Donde Viven Tus Hits)/Miami, effective July 9. Dávila is a 20 plus-year radio pro who previously worked for SBS PR in Puerto Rico and Univision Radio in Miami and New York. He has also worked closely with talent and served as a director and coach for multiple radio and TV shows.

Dávila will report to Alex Tear, Regional SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Miami, who remarked, “We are thrilled to welcome Walo to our team. His experience, creative energy, leadership and vast market knowledge will take iHeartMedia Miami’s TÚ 94.9 to even higher levels.”

Davila succeeds Jose Otero, who exits.
