E-Rock & ‘The Bassment’ Join Real 92.3/L.A.

• iHeartMedia Urban KRRL (Real 92.3)/Los Angeles announced that 20-plus-year mix show pro and Los Angeles radio personality DJ E-Rock is joining the afternoon on-air line-up inside The Cruz Show as host of a hit-based mix show, The Cruz Show Kickoff Mix with DJ E-Rock, weekdays from 2-3pm, beginning immediately.

And that’s not all — E-Rock’s Superadio-syndicated mix show, The Bassment has been cleared for takeoff on Real 92.3 Saturday nights from 10pm-midnight, starting this weekend.

Doc Wynter, iHeartMedia EVP of Urban Programming, said, “We are so excited that in the midst of these unprecedented times, we have the good fortune to be able to introduce The Bassment featuring DJ E-Rock, to Saturday nights on Real 92-3. L.A. is looking for a virtual party to attend, and we have the realist one at 10pm every Saturday night, beginning May 2.”

DJ E-Rock commented, “We are very blessed to have this opportunity to not only grow with a company like iHeartMedia Los Angeles, but also to be able to learn from programing greats Doc Wynter & DJ AOH. I’m hungrier than ever, and it’s about to get ‘REAL’ going into the summer!”
