Entercom Milwaukee Launches ‘Hot 105.7’
• Entercom Milwaukee has flipped Sports-Talk 105.7 The Fan (WXSS-HD2) to Urban as Hot 105.7, “Milwaukee’s New No. 1 for Hip Hop & R&B,” effective immediately. The Fan’s existing programming will continue to be carried on WSSP-AM, which has rebranded as 1250AM The Fan.
Hot 105.7 is under the purview of Brian Kelly, VP of Programming for Entercom Milwaukee, ably aided by Entercom Urban Format Captain Reggie Rouse and Mike Street from Urban WBTJ (106.5 The Beat)/Richmond.

We are told that Hot 105.7 “will build a market-leading lineup of local talent that reflects the diverse voices and perspective of the Milwaukee community,” so stay tuned for that announcement. Hot 105.7 joins the cluster’s existing portfolio of 1250AM The Fan, Top 40 WXSS (103.7 Kiss FM) and Hot AC WMYX (99.1 The Mix).
