Executive Action: Hope Media Group
• After recently joining forces with WAY Media, Houston-based Hope Media Group has promoted several executives within the merged faith-based entity:
Steve Shore, PD/MD, WayFM — Having served at WayFM for 20 years in various positions, Shore was most recently the network’s APD/MD. • Susan Brown, VP/Human Resources, Hope Media Group — Brown has served as Hope Media Group’s Director of Human Resources for nearly six years. • Zach Boehm, VP/Digital Content, Hope Media Group — approaching his 15th year with Way Media, Boehm was most recently Director of Digital Content. He previously served as Executive Producer of The Wally Show.
Sterling Tarrant, VP/Radio Creative, Hope Media Group — Tarrant is a 44-year radio pro who has led audio production at Hope Media Group for the past 14 years. • Jeff Savage, Director/Digital Audio, Hope Media Group — Savage is a multi-platinum, Dove Award-winning, Grammy-nominated producer, engineer and songwriter who most recently produced and mixed original music for Disney/Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. • Nicole Cintron, Sr. Director/Special Events, Hope Media Group — Cintron joined HMG in 2011 in its Special Events division and for the last two-and-a-half years has led the organization’s concert and events initiatives.
Bryan Johns, Station Manager, Dallas-Fort Worth, Hope Media Group — Johns joined WayFM in 2007 as Operations Director in the launch of the network’s Louisville, KY station. In 2015, he returned home to North Texas as Operations Director for the launch of WayFM in Dallas-Fort Worth. • Brent Sears, Station Manager, Alabama, Hope Media Group — Sears joined WayFM/Huntsville in 2017 as Operations Coordinator. • Craig Vinson, Station Manager, North Florida/South Georgia, Hope Media Group — Vinson joined WayFM in 2007 and is now in his 15th year as the Operations Director of the North Florida and South Georgia stations, which he will now lead as Station Manager.
