Fisher Comes Home To HD 98.3/Augusta

• After a five-year absence, Beasley Media Group welcomes Kris Fisher back home as Program Director of Top 40 WHHD (HD 98.3)/Augusta, GA. He officially began his new role at the station on Feb. 5.

The good news is, Fisher won’t need a guided tour of the facility — he previously spent 12 years in the building, where he helped launch HD 98.3, and also programmed Classic Hip Hop WCHZ (Hot 95.5 /93.1).

Fisher most recently worked for Beasley Las Vegas as Brand Manager of Hot AC KVGS (Star 107.9) and Urban AC KOAS (Jammin’ 105.7) until July 2019.

“We’re very excited to have Kris back in the company. He is a proven winner and has a passion for HD 98.3,” said Tee Gentry, Beasley VP of Brand Strategies and Regional Operations Manager of the company’s Augusta group.
