GetUp Crew Adds Three New Markets
• UPDATED: The GetUp Crew morning show, based at Beasley Rhythmic Hot AC WBQT (Hot 96.9)/Boston — hosted by (l-r): Ramiro Torres, Pebbles, Leroy Irvin & Melissa Eannuzzo — launched Monday morning in three new markets — Las Vegas, Augusta, GA and Fayetteville, NC.
In Vegas, The GetUp Crew is now airing on Urban AC KOAS (Jammin’ 105.7), replacing market veteran Marlon “DJ Thump” Rice, who left last week.
In Augusta, please welcome Classic Hip Hop Hot 95.5 (WHHD-HD2/W238AU), which had no morning show until now, and in Fayetteville, The GetUp Crew is now rolling on Classic Hip Hop WUKS (107.7 The Bounce), replacing The Bounce Morning Rollout with Minda & DB, which had launched in late January.
“Minda Lou” will continue to be heard on WUKS and do middays across the hall on Country WKML, while RAMP has confirmed that DB has exited after six years with the cluster.
