Gueno Upped To APD/Urban @ iHeart Chicago

• iHeartMedia has promoted Kelly Gueno to APD of Urban Programming for Urban AC WVAZ (V103), Urban WGCI and Gospel WGRB-AM (Inspiration 1390)/Chicago. Gueno is a Windy City native and has been with iHeartMedia Chicago for over a decade, starting in the promotions department of WGCI and most recently serving as the Programming Assistant for iHeartMedia Chicago.

Gueno reports to Derrick Brown, Vice President of Urban Programming for the iHeartMedia Chicago Region, who said, “I couldn’t be more thrilled with Kelly’s expanded role. She literally grew up at our stations and it has been absolutely gratifying to see Kelly’s progress from our promotions department, to being a programming assistant, and now, Assistant Program Director for our iconic Urban brands. Kelly’s passion, skill and insight will be invaluable as we navigate our ever-changing media landscape.”
