Hill Named PD of The Game

• Cumulus Media has promoted Tim Hill to PD of Sports-Talk WNKT (107.5 The Game)/Columbia, SC. Hill (left) joined WNKT last year and will continue to wake up early to anchor The Early Game morning show, weekdays from 6-9am. Hill’s career spans over 20 years in sports broadcasting, including over 13 years leading sports coverage for the local ABC affiliate, WOLO-TV.

Rick Prusator, VP/Market Manager of Cumulus Media Columbia said, “Tim has shown what experience, enthusiasm and passion can add to not only The Early Game morning show, but how the entire radio station and Cumulus cluster in Columbia has benefited from Tim Hill being here in the past year.” OM Brent Johnson remarked, “I’m a big Tim Hill fan, dating back to when he was Sports Director for a Columbia TV station. Since coming on board, he has really grown his morning show with Bill Gunter. He has such a huge knowledge of the South Carolina sports scene and so many great ideas.”
