• Cumulus Top 40 KLIF (Hot 93.3)/Dallas is seeking a full-time on-air Program Director.

The ideal candidate has significant large or major market experience as a PD and jock and already understands and can analyze ratings under a PPM system. Applicants should possess knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations, have an understanding of market/product research, computer literacy in automation systems and other applicable programs and come equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership qualities. Candidates also need to have built-in problem-solving ability and skills in prioritizing and multitasking, along with the ability to interact with management and staff on the local and corporate level. You need to be able to handle pressure and deadlines and still succeed.
