Hunt & Loughran Earn SF PD Stripes

• iHeartMedia promotes from within, naming Dan Hunt as Program Director of KYLD (WiLD 94.9)/San Francisco and Travis Loughran as Program Director of Hot AC clustermate KIOI (Star 101.3), effective May 15. They will succeed Mark Adams, who was recently named PD of Z100/New York.

Hunt (left) earns the Bay Area transfer from Atlanta, where he most recently programmed Top 40 WWPW (Power 96.1) — now Power 105.3 — and was a member of the company’s CHR Brand Team. Hunt earlier programmed the former WRDW/Philadelphia and WWKX/Providence.

Loughran (right) is elevated from his current role as APD of Star 101.3 and WiLD 94.9. His previous experience includes Programming and Creative Production positions at HOT 97/New York, PD of KBMB/Sacramento and APD/MD of iHeartMedia’s KBOS (B95)/Fresno.
