It’s Knight Time In Fort Myers

• RAMP has learned that veteran programmer/consultant Chuck Knight is now in the building as the newly named PD for Ft. Myers Broadcasting AC WINK-FM/Ft. Myers, FL.

Knight was most recently Region SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s San Antonio/Austin region and PD of AC KQXT (Q101.9)/San Antonio until January, when he was one of many employees downsized during the company’s largescale restructuring. Knight most notably spent 11 years programming Entercom AC WBEB (B101.1)/Philadelphia. His extensive radio resume also includes programming, operations and on-air stops at Saga AC WSNY (Sunny 95)/Columbus, OH, AM/FM Hot AC WYXR/Philadelphia, Emmis Hot AC WENS/Indianapolis, Saga Top 40 KRNQ/Des Moines, IA and Ingstadt Broadcasting Top 40 WLXR/La Crosse, WI.
