KFRR Celebrates Recurring Rash

• The crew at One Putt Broadcasting in Fresno is ecstatic to welcome prodigal son RyanRashOldfield back to the “scene of the crime,” as it were, as he rejoins KFRR (New Rock 104.1) for afternoon drive.

New Rock fans will fondly recall that for nearly two decades, Rash hosted the popular “Road Show” on KFRR under previous owners Mondosphere and Wilks. In 2013 he transitioned over to Sports-Talk sister KFIG (940ESPN) as PD, and in 2017 Rash joined Lotus Rock rival KKBZ (105.1 The Blaze)

KFRR Program Director JasonHammerSquires could not be happier to have Rash back where he belongs, as he commented, “When we talk about local radio, we mean it. Everyone should take a break once in their career, but when it comes to why we’re all in radio, I’ve got to think it’s fate. We’re excited to have Rash back and look forward to continuing our legacy together.”

Rash shared his excitement about rejoining his former station, stating, “Returning to New Rock feels like coming home. This is where my career began and where I built lasting friendships. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with a team that believes in me, in the city I call home. It truly feels meant to be.”
