We have high hopes that this session will prove valuable to students and ignite their enthusiasm for the radio and podcasting mediums that hold a special place in our hearts.”
“This webinar series is an invaluable tool for educators to use in their classrooms and for students as they explore careers in the audio industry — specifically related to podcasting and radio,” said BEA Executive Director Heather Birks. “The series covers every single facet involved. Chachi’s leadership on this project is brilliant. In the next few weeks, we’re announcing details about an exciting live panel session that will take place at the 2024 BEA Convention in Las Vegas this April.”
In a joint statement, LABF Co-Chairs Heidi Raphael (Beasley’s Chief Communications Officer) and Jack Goodman (Broadcast Attorney), said, “We are very grateful to Chachi Denes, the Benztown team and the incredible guest speakers who participated in this informative and realistic series that shines a light on what is going on in radio and podcasting today as well reflects on how we arrived here from a historical perspective.
