Lasin Interim OM @ Mapleton Spokane
• We want to extend our best wishes to Felix Lasin, who has been upped to Interim Operations Manager for Mapleton’s group in Spokane, WA. Lasin will also assume programming duties for Classic Rock KJRB while retaining his existing role as APD for Top 40 KZBD (105.7 NOW FM). The OM position has been vacant since Greg Tillotson left the company in March after 4 1/2 years.
In a staff memo, Market Manager/GSM Karen Dineen made it official, stating, “I’m pleased to announce that Felix has agreed to be our new Interim Operations Manager. Felix has worked for our company for four years and for Radio Spokane as the Assistant Program Director for almost two years. Throughout his employment at Radio Spokane, he has exhibited a willingness to take on greater responsibilities. He has been an invaluable member in managing the growth of 105.7 NOW FM, increasing our visibility in the community for that station and developing our stations’ on-line presence. Felix’s commitment for ensuring that whatever task he is assigned gets done right and his attention to detail has earned him promotion to this new role.”
