‘Major Makeover’ @ KDMX/Dallas

• This subtle reminder posted on the website of iHeartMedia Hot AC KDMX (102.9 NOW)/Dallas appears to gently hint at some sort of change happening Friday at 5pm CT. So far no one is volunteering any details about the extent of this “major makeover,” and whether it will merely be cosmetic, a full-blown format flip… or just an overly dramatic plug for a weekend promotion.

Not surprisingly, KDMX PD Jay Shannon deployed the corporate “no comment” response when contacted by RAMP. To his credit, he did respond to our email in less than four minutes, so he gets bonus courtesy points for that. Looks like we will all find out together Friday afternoon.
