• Max Media Denver is actively seeking a Program Director/Brand Manager to oversee the programming and music for Rhythmic KFCO (FLO 107.1) and Operations (not including music) for Rhythmic Oldies KJHM (Jammin’ 101.5). RAMP has confirmed that Jowcol “Boogie D” Dolby has exited after less than two months on the job.

This position requires the experience of a true manager who can lead a high performing team, including a heritage morning show on Flo 107.1 and someone who understands and appreciates the Rhythmic music culture. This position will also involve a close working relationship and true partnership with all departments, including upper management, promotions director, street team, digital manager, traffic, engineering and sales.

The minimum skills and qualifications for this position include: 1) 5+ years experience as a PD in a PPM-rated market; 2) Managing a team of 10+ employees on a daily basis; 3) Experience with the Nielsen Ratings system and PD Advantage; 4) Exceptional and proven production skills; 5) Experience with WideOrbit automation and VOX Pro editing tools; 6) Office 365 and MusicMaster knowledge preferred and 7) Previous on-air experience in the Rhythmic CHR format for fill-in/swing shifts.
