McCoy Joins Stephens Media Rochester

• We are thrilled to see one of our longtime radio buds back in the saddle, as it were — Mike McCoy, best known for his three decades of service at iHeartMedia Top 40 KJYO (KJ103)/Oklahoma City is joining Stephens Media Group in Rochester, NY as Operations Manager of the three-station group — Soft AC WRMM (WARM 101.3), Alternative WZNE (94.1 The Zone), and Adult Hits WFKL (Fickle 93.3). He will also serve as Program Director for WARM 101.3 and Fickle 93.3.

McCoy arrives sporting a track record of leading successful stations like heritage Top 40 KJ103/Oklahoma City, where he spent 28 years as Program Director until 2017, taking the station to No. 1 persons 12+ and 24-54. He also signed on and programmed OKC’s first Alternative station, KNRX (95X) and served as Operations Manager for Soft AC KQSR.

McCoy will begin his new Rochester adventure next Monday, July 6.
