Meet Your ’24 Crystal Radio Award Winners
• The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) today announced the 10 winners of the 37th annual NAB Crystal Radio Awards: KFI-AM/Los Angeles; KKBQ-FM/Houston; KMVP-FM/Phoenix; KNDE-FM College Station, TX; KSL-FM/Salt Lake City; WBZZ-FM/Pittsburgh; WHPT-FM/Tampa Bay; WJJY-FM/Minneapolis-St. Paul; WLBC-FM/Muncie, IN; WNRP-AM/Pensacola, FL.
NAB also presented Hubbard Broadcasting’s KSTP-FM/Minneapolis-St. Paul with the esteemed Crystal Heritage Award during the ceremony. The Heritage Award recognizes radio stations that have won a total of five Crystal Radio Awards for exceptional year-round community service efforts. Only 11 other stations have received this honor.
The fifty finalists were honored and the ten winners were announced during the We Are Broadcasters celebration today at the 2024 NAB Show in Las Vegas. The winners were chosen by a panel of judges representing the broadcast industry, community service organizations and public relations firms.
Since 1987, the NAB Crystal Radio Awards have recognized radio stations for their exceptional year-round commitment to community service.
