• Hubbard Radio welcomes Danny Meyers to sunny South Florida as the new afternoon drive co-host on 97.9 WRMF/West Palm Beach. Meyers has plugged in alongside current pm drive talent Meghan Lane to create the all-new… wait for it… Danny and Meghan show.
Meyers most recently did mornings on iHeartMedia Top 40 WDCG (G105)/Raleigh until April, when he was caught up in a round of downsizing. Meyers’ earlier stops, all in Virginia, include PD/mornings on iHeart Rhythmic AC WMOV (MOViN 107.7)/Norfolk, and a 14-year run as APD/mornings on Mel Wheeler Top 40 WXLK (K92)/Roanoke, VA.
WRMF Program Director Randi West said, “I have been trying to hire Danny for the better part of five years! To say that I am excited is an understatement. Danny is the perfect addition to our WRMF staff, and I can’t wait to hear Danny entertain South Florida for years to come.”
