Moore Named PD Of Beasley’s WSOC/Charlotte

• Congrats to Cameron Moore, Program Director of Beasley Top 40 WNKS (Kiss 95.1)/Charlotte, who doubles her programming portfolio with the annexation of Country cousin 103.7 WSOC. Those stripes had most recently belonged to John Reynolds, who exited in March.

Moore, a native of Winston-Salem, NC, joined WNKS as midday talent in Sept. 2017, returning after a stint with Midwest Family Country KOMG (105.1 The Bull) and Top 40 KOSP (92.9 The Beat)/Springfield, MO. She was later named APD/MD of WSOC, and elevated to PD of Kiss FM in early 2022.

“Cameron is a tremendous leader with a proven track record of success,” said Mac Edwards, VP/Market Manager of Beasley Charlotte. “Her deep understanding of our brands, passion for radio, and strong commitment to connecting with listeners make her the ideal choice to take on this expanded leadership role.”

Justin Chase, Beasley’s Chief Content Officer, added, “Cameron’s vision and creativity have been instrumental to the success of Kiss 95.1, and we are excited to see her bring that same energy and leadership to Country 103.7 WSOC. We know she will continue to elevate both brands and deepen their connection with Charlotte listeners.”

“I am beyond excited for the opportunity to lead Country 103.7 WSOC, in addition to Kiss 95.1,” said Moore. “Country music has such a special place in Charlotte, and I’m honored to carry on the incredible legacy of WSOC while continuing to grow and evolve our brands to serve listeners and advertisers in new and exciting ways.”
