As that process plays out in the background, the soon-to-be-merged company is actively seeking an experienced on-air Operations Manager to lead two of the South Bay’s most dynamic music brands: Hot AC KEZR (Mix 106.5) and Bay Country simulcast — 94.5 KBAY/San Jose & 94.5 KKDV/Walnut Creek, CA. The position requires the skills of a proven programmer who has 5+ years of experience in music radio • Strong multitasker that can handle working with the talent, producing content both on air and on social, assisting sales, and creating effective promotions • Fluent in music scheduling, imaging, and radio automation • Able to working with a team to succeed at a common goal • Be connected to everything relevant to the San Jose market.
