Pickett Named APD/MD, KSBJ/Houston

• Veteran programmer Chris Pickett has joined Hope Media Group non-comm Christian AC 89.3 KSBJ/Houston as Assistant Program Director and Music Director.

Pickett most recently served as Director of Content/OM for Townsquare Media Boise until last month, when his position was phased out. Pickett previously spent 16 years Clear Channel/iHeartMedia, most recently in Las Vegas as PD of AC KSNE (Sunny 106.5) and Rhythmic Real 103.9 (KYMT-HD2). Pickett earlier served as OM for Clear Channel Tucson, and was later elevated to Regional SVP of Programming with oversight of Las Vegas, El Paso and Tucson. Pickett earlier served as OM of Clear Channel’s Colorado Springs group and PD of KVUU and KKLI. Before that he programmed Leighton Top 40 KCLD/St. Cloud, MN.
