Promotion Party For Rozz N’ Roach

• It’s one of those rare double-barreled promotion ceremonies inside the Sun Broadcasting building in scenic Ft. Myers-Naples, FL as the company celebrates concurrent programming upgrades — the action starts with John Rozz, PD of Active Rock WXNX (93X), who has been upped to Director of Programming for the cluster, while his longtime lieutenant, 93X APD/midday delight Anthony “Roach” Proffitt is promoted to PD of 93X.

In his newly enhanced position, Rozz will now oversee the programming of 93X as well as Classic Rock WARO (94.5 The Arrow), News/Talk WFSX (92.5 Fox News) and Fox Sports affiliate WFSX.

Roach commented, “I’m excited about the opportunity to do what I love and where I love to live! The 93X brand that John (Rozz) and Sun Broadcasting have created is continually growing and evolving. I look forward to keeping that trend moving forward… let’s rock!”
