Pros On The Loose: Nate Reed

• As initially reported by Friends Of Georgia Radio and confirmed by RAMP, Nathan Reed has exited Cox Media Group Atlanta and his role as OM of the cluster and PD of AC WSB-FM (B98.5) and Classic Rock WSRV (97.1 The River) after two years. No replacement has been named.

Reed arrived in Atlanta in Feb. 2024, a return to CMG after a stint as OM of Townsquare’s group in Flint, MI. Reed previously served as Director of Operations for CMG Tampa and Director of Branding and Programming for AC WWRM (Magic 94.9) and Soft AC WDUV. Prior to his move to Tampa, Reed was Director of Operations for CMG Tulsa Radio, TV and Marketing, and SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s Toledo, OH cluster and PD of WVKS (92.5 Kiss FM). Early in his career Reed spent nearly a decade in various roles with Regent Broadcasting in Flint, MI.
