• Curtis Media Group in Raleigh, NC has a RARE opportunity to join the team at legendary Country station, WQDR. Current APD/midday personality/imaging guy Sean Cash is leaving for a new opportunity TBA, thus, creating a prime radio opportunity!
The ideal candidate has at least three years of full-time experience in a Top 100 market, preferably in Country, Top 40 and/or AC. This is not a job for beginners! We’re looking for someone who can anticipate and work proactively, has good programming instincts, imaging skills and strong social media talents. Music Director responsibilities will be included for the right candidate. You must be passionate about doing live and local radio by putting listeners first! You’ll have the opportunity to work with an experienced and award-winning staff and a company that provides all the necessary tools to win! A strong work ethic and ability to win in the hallways is very important. Radio is a 24/7 business and you got to be willing to put in the work, no matter what day of the week it is.
