‘Rutledge & Hamilton’ Becomes ‘Jim, Matt & Molly’
• Good Karma Brands’ WTLX (ESPN 100.5)/Madison‘s popular afternoon drive duo Rutledge and Hamilton — Jim Rutledge and Olympic Gold Medalist Matt Hamilton — is evolving into a trio with the addition of Molly Brown as a full-time host; thus, creating Jim, Matt, and Molly, weekdays from 4-6 pm, starting Monday, July 15.
Ms. Brown, whose day job is Marketing Manager for ESPN Madison, is already a familiar presence on the show, having served as a recurring guest and fill-in host of Rutledge and Hamilton since the show launched in February 2022. She also brings several years of previous hosting experience and a 2023 Wisconsin Broadcasters Award for “Best Original Digital Content” as the host of ESPN Madison’s Lead Her Forward special showcasing women’s athletics at UW-Madison.
“We are so excited to welcome Molly to the show!” exclaimed Hamilton, who won a Gold medal in Men’s Curling for Team USA at the 2018 Winter Olympics. “Fans can continue to enjoy our sports-comedy vibe, with Molly adding new perspectives and insights.” Rutledge added, “Molly Brown is one of the most talented people I’ve worked with, and I’m excited to add her talent and personality to the show!”
Both Jim Rutledge and Matt Hamilton — along with producer Ryan “Primetime” Wollersheim — are thrilled to welcome Molly as a full-time host of the show. Pictured, (l-r): Rutledge, Brown, & Hamilton
