• Midwest Communications in scenic Sioux Falls, SD has two immediate full-time live and local on-air openings — no voice tracking needed! 1) 100,000-watt Country station, KTWB (Big Country 92.5) is No. 1 across the board and has a rare full-time afternoon opening, and 2) our Hot AC hybrid station 101.9 KELO-FM is looking to add another live talent to the mix.
Robbie Owens, our current Big Country afternoon host of almost 10 years, is leaving to take on his first PD gig in Reno, NV, and we’re looking for someone who is outgoing and lives the Country lifestyle. We need a showstopper who can hit it out of the park and do a show with heavy phones and massive local content.
101.9 KELO-FM is looking for an engaging, electric, fun-loving and dynamic personality. Amazing production and social media skills are a must.
These two live on-air positions will be filled by entertainers who know how to connect with our loyal listeners on-air, online, socials, and face-to-face. You will need to deliver compelling and interesting content unlike anyone else to stand out and win! South Dakota is a fantastic place to live, work and play. And no state income tax!
These opportunities require at least two years on-air experience with top-notch skills in production (Audition/WideOrbit), video shoot/editing and personal appearances/remotes. A real team player that takes direction from management is key.
