• iHeartMedia Los Angeles anxiously awaits the arrival of Tamo Sein into the midday chair at Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7). She will make her big L.A. debut at 10am on July 16, immediately following The Woody Show. In making the announcement, Lisa Worden, Alternative Rock Brand Manager and PD of ALT 98.7 said, “We believe the ALT 98.7 audience will immediately take to Tamo’s relatable and down-to-earth approach… plus, she loves Alternative music and is a food and wine enthusiast! She’ll fit right in with L.A.”
Ms. Sein earns this major L.A. upgrade from iHeartMedia Charlotte, where she has served as APD/MD/midday personality at Alternative WEND (106.5 The End) since last November. Before that she was MD/afternoon talent at iHeart Alternative sibling WRXL (XL102)/Richmond. Prior to landing in Richmond in March 2013, Tamo was the MD/night jock at KCLD/St. Cloud, MN. Earlier stops include KGSR and KROX/Austin, and she began her radio career at WROX/Norfolk, VA.
