Spicer Adds PD Stripes @ WQIK

• Proving the old adage that sometimes, you can go home again, RAMP has confirmed that Cindy Spicer, PD of iHeartMedia Country WFUS (US 103.5)/Tampa has annexed bonus programming duties for her former station, Country cousin WQIK/Jacksonville, as John Scott relinquishes his stripes after two years to focus on hosting the Robbie, John & Toni morning show with Robbie Rose and Toni Foxx.

WQIK is familiar turf for Ms. Spicer, who programmed the station for six years — and and still heard in afternoons there — before earning the programming upgrade to WFUS in Feb. 2018. Scott, a 30-year WQIK fixture, was promoted from MD to PD later that year.
