The Programming Dept. — 95 Triple X

• RAMP has learned that Kwame Dankwa has exited as Program Director of Vox AM/FM Top 40 WXXX (95 Triple X)/Burlington, VT-Plattsburgh, NY, which was recently named VAB Broadcaster of the Year by the Vermont Association of Broadcasters.

Dankwa (left) was named PD of 95 Triple X in June 2021, having previously programmed Townsquare Top 40 WJBQ/Portland, ME, iHeartMedia Top 40 WRTS (Star 104)/Erie, PA and the former KPWK (Power 93.3)/Seattle. He earlier logged two tours of duty at Pamal Top 40 WZRT/Rutland, VT — interspersed with a stint as APD/night jock at iHeartMedia Top 40 KWNW (101.9 Radio Now)/Memphis. Dankwa is now seeking his next opportunity and can be contacted at Kdankwa40@gmail.com.

Vox AM/FM is now conducting a search to fill the position as Program Director/Brand Ambassador. The gig also comes with the afternoon drive shift. 95 Triple X seeks someone who appreciates a fresh vision for Top 40 — Do you live the pop culture lifestyle? Are you excited when a new song drops from today’s superstars? Do you understand how important it is for our listeners to be a part of what we do, both on and off the air?

Our Brand Manager will have the support of ownership, management, and their fellow staff. Burlington-Plattsburgh is a terrific place to live and work next to Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Adirondacks of New York, and with a thriving local food, music, and arts scene.

Compensation and benefits are competitive. Current APDs and/or MDs looking to make that next move up are encouraged to apply! Interested candidates should send your stuff to Operations Director Ted Richards at radiotalent855@gmail.com. EOE.
