Wichita Pros On The Loose
• RAMP has confirmed three major departures from iHeartMedia AC KRBB (B98)/Wichita — PD/midday personality Dave Wilson and morning hosts Adam “Lukas” Cox and Careth Beard have left the building. The news of these three departures was so significant it rated a mention in Business section of The Wichita Eagle.
According to Cox, their morning show just became No. 1 with 25-54 adults. Cox joined KRBB in 2012. Before that he notably did nights on Z100/New York for three years and also did mornings in KRQQ/Tucson, KDND/Sacramento and KMVA/Phoenix and nights on KHFI/Austin and KDGE/Dallas. Beard joined the show in 2014.
