Worden To Be Honored At MUSEXPO
• MUSEXPO Creative Summit 2022 prepares to return with its in-person event at Castaway in Burbank, CA, part of California Entertainment Week, a week-long series of events from March 20-25 that also includes the Global Synch & Brands Summit, A&R Summit, and Global Rock Summit.
On Tuesday, March 22, MUSEXPO will present its coveted “MUSEXPO International Music Person of the Year” award to one of the most influential and respected minds in the radio and music community — Lisa Worden, Vice President of Rock & Alternative for iHeartMedia, and Program Director of KYSR (ALT 98.7)/Los Angeles.
The event will bring together many of Lisa’s colleagues and friends from across the industry, to recognize her significant achievements during a special VIP Awards Gala Luncheon on March 22, supported by A&R Worldwide, 300 Entertainment, Atlantic Records, Capitol Records, Caroline, City of Burbank, Concord, Def Jam Recordings, Elektra Records, Interscope Records, Red Bull Songs, Republic Records & Warner Records.
The luncheon will feature special presentations from Sat Bisla — President & Founder, A&R Worldwide/MUSEXPO; a senior executive from iHeartMedia; the City of Burbank; and representatives from the State of California. The luncheon will also be preceded by an exclusive keynote conversation with Lisa and Woody, ALT 98.7 morning talent and host of the Premiere-syndicated Woody Show.
