• Shamrock Classic Rock WEZX (Rock 107)/Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA has an immediate opening for a Program Director to succeed Rick Everett, who recently resigned after four and a half years for a new opportunity TBA.

Candidates must possess a thorough knowledge of Classic Rock music from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s; excellent team leadership and delegation skills, including motivation of staff; can set goals & expectations, provide honest feedback, manage performance and have strong interpersonal skills.

Naturally, candidates should ideally have previous PD or APD experience and have a demonstrated knowledge of diary data analysis and RCS products, including Music Master and NexGen, etc.
