Annalisa Joining WXRT/Chicago

• Audacy Triple A WXRT (93XRT)/Chicago welcomes major market format veteran Annalisa to the on-air staff in a weekday daypart TBA, beginning June 13.

“Annalisa brings the knowledge, passion and respect for the music that 93XRT listeners appreciate and expect,” said Laura Duncan, Brand Manager of 93XRT. “We are thrilled that Annalisa will be joining us as her integrity and relatability are a perfect match with the current team of personalities and the iconic brand that is XRT.”

Annalisa brings with her three decades of on-air experience, most recently as afternoon drive host for Northeast Broadcasting Triple A WXRV (92.5 The River)/Boston. Annalisa grew up in Medford, MA and did college radio at Bridgewater State’s WBIM. After college, she did middays at the late WAAF/Boston and later crossed the street to become the first woman to host a rock radio morning show in Boston at CBS Radio Classic Rock WZLX. Annalisa went on to spend 20 years with legendary San Francisco Triple A KFOG, where she did middays and hosted the 10@10 show until April 2016.
