Fisher Named AM Co-Host At KWEN/Tulsa

• Cox Media Group Country KWEN (K95.5)/Tulsa has successfully located its new morning co-host from within the company ranks — say good morning to Caitlin Fisher, currently performing a multitude of important roles with CMG Athens, GA, who gets the big call, and is packing for a transfer to Tulsa time as the new wake-up co-pilot alongside K95.5 Director of Branding & Programming Matt Bradley. She will succeed “Natalie Cash” Lefler, who left in late April.

In a staff memo announcing Fisher’s hire, CMG Tulsa OM Kim Dallow said, in part, “After an exhaustive search for the perfect candidate, Caitlin Fisher will be joining Matt Bradley on the Cait and Bradley Morning Show on K95.5 beginning in late July. Caitlin comes to us from Cox Media Group in Athens, GA, where she was an extremely versatile utility player who contributed to the on-air success of multiple properties. Of all the many qualified candidates that we considered for this critical role, we felt that Caitlin had the best chemistry with Matt. We expect that she will be able to jump in and make a positive impact quickly.”

Fisher’s current boss in Athens, Pete de Graaff, had only positive comments to share about her time there, as he said, “Caitlin has done it all here — from running board on [News-Talk] WGAU in the morning to covering news minutes on WGAU & [AC WGMG] Magic 102.1 simultaneously with morning traffic on [Adult Hits WXKT] 103.7 Chuck FM. She has also been doing late middays on [Country] WNGC plus Classic Country Saturday Night — and nights on Magic. She’s also filled in on mornings on Magic and WNGC and driven the station vehicles to keep them running during COVID inactivity this past year — and so much more, and she has tackled it all swiftly and accurately.” Your best wishes can be sent to Fisher at Caitlin.Fisher@cmg.com.
