Franiak Named Morning Co-Host, WJBR/Wilmington

• Justin Franiak has been named as the new permanent co-host of the newly rebranded Deanna and Justin In The Morning on Beasley AC WJBR (Mix 99.5)/Wilmington, DE, joining existing host Deanna Marie (right). Franiak (left) has already had some time to get acclimated  to the co-pilot seat, having served as a temporary cohost with Deanna since February 3. At the same time, the Philly area native has been doing part-time at Beasley Country cousin WXTU/Philadelphia.

“Sometimes you just get lucky, and in this case, we have by teaming up Deanna Marie and Justin Franiak,” said WJBR PD/afternoon personality Eric Johnson. “We knew from the first listen that we heard something special in Justin and Deanna together, and we think our listeners will agree. I look forward to working with and listening to Deanna & Justin In The Morning on Mix 99.5 WJBR!”

Franiak’s radio resume includes mornings on KBBL (93.7 The Bull)/Santa Rosa, CA, afternoons on WHWK (98.1 The Hawk) & middays on WWYL (Kiss 104.1)/Binghamton, NY. He also did nights on WPIG (95.7 The Big Pig) and served as APD at WHDL (Hot 107.1)/Olean, NY.
