It’s Tamo Time In DC

• iHeartMedia Alternative WWDC (DC101)/Washington has inked company veteran Tamo Sein as its new 7-midnight personality, effective now. Tamo is already a familiar presence in the DC101 hallways, as she has done weekends and fill-in there since July.

“Tamo is one of the most creative on-air talents,” said Dustin Matthews, PD of DC101. “We are excited for her to engage with the Washington, D.C. community with her unique sense of humor. She will be a true asset to the DC101 team on and off the air.”

Sein is a 15-year industry pro who previously did middays at iHeartMedia Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/Los Angeles until mid-2019. Before that she was APD/MD/midday personality at iHeartMedia Alternative WEND (106.5 The End)/Charlotte and MD/afternoons at iHeartMedia Alternative WRXL (XL102)/Richmond. Sein has also worked at KCLD/St. Cloud, MN, KGSR & KROX/Austin and she started her career at Sinclair Alternative WROX (96X)/Norfolk, VA.
