K. Foxx Comes Home To WEDR

• CMG Urban WEDR (99 Jamz)/Miami has unveiled a remixed talent lineup that includes the welcome return of station veteran K. Foxx, this time to do middays. During her first stint at WEDR, Foxx was co-host of the No. 1-rated Takeover with DJ Khalid. She also worked across the street at iHeartMedia’s WMIB. Foxx’s radio resume also includes morning co-host stops at Hot 97/New York and WRNB/Philadelphia. Foxx attended the historic Shaw University in Raleigh, NC, and upon graduation, she landed her first radio job locally at WQOK (K97.5).

In addition to numerous television appearances, Foxx has been recognized as the “Best Female Air Personality” by the Miami New Times and “Best Radio Personality” by the Broward New Times and the New Yorker. She’s also been recognized by The Source as one of the most powerful media personalities in the nation. In her free time, Foxx serves on the board of the Carma Foundation.

Foxx joins a recently revamped lineup of legendary personalities on WEDR-99 Jamz that also includes The Pac Jam Morning Show with Supa Cindy, DJ Nasty 305 & Radio Big Mack from 6-10am; The Afternoon Vibe with Julezz from 2-6pm; Da Crib’ with DJ Entice from 6-10pm; and The Turn Up Partna’s Lucky C and DJ She-J-Hercules from 10pm-midnight.
