Kira K Awarded Afternoons At Warm 98.5/Cincy

• Last week we reported that Kira K, half of Sam & Kira In The Morning on Cumulus Country WCTO (Cat Country 96)/Allentown, PA was leaving for a new opportunity TBA… that mystery has now been solved, as it was revealed that Kira K has earned the transfer to Cumulus Cincinnati as the new afternoon host on heritage AC WRRM (Warm 98.5), with a start date of Sept. 3.

In making the announcement, Warm 98.5 PD Josh Wolff said, “It’s always terrific when we can promote from within Cumulus. Kira’s drive, talent, and engagement of listeners on multiple platforms will be a wonderful addition. We’re delighted to have her join the team.”

Kira arrived in Pennsylvania’s scenic Lehigh Valley in February 2022 from Las Vegas, where she had worked for Lotus Broadcasting as a sales assistant and producer. Before that she was a street teamer and part-time personality across the street at Audacy Las Vegas. Kira is also a Camp Broadcast alumnus, where aspiring broadcasters interview celebrities and learn from current broadcasters.
