Lanai Ready To Drive Honolulu Home

• Hawaii’s Pacific Media Group (PMG) welcomes the return of popular actor, comedian, TV & radio host, Lanai to Rhythmic AC 94.7 KUMU/Honolulu. “Lanai’s Traffic Jam” debuts Monday, March 7 and rolls weekdays 2-7pm.

Lanai is well known from his comedy show appearances, as the host of Cooking Hawaiian Style, appearances on The Great Food Truck Race, No Reservations, and more recently, playing “Jake” on Season 6 of Hawaii 5-0.

Lanai started in radio in Honolulu in 1986 when he was just 16 years old. Kelsey “K-Smooth” Yogi, PD of 94.7 KUMU said of Lanai, “We worked together in the past, and bringing him to the station was an easy call. Lanai is committed to entertain and support the people of Oahu. His hiring is a great opportunity to do more for our community. He has the star power to complete the new on-air lineup on 94.7 KUMU.”
