• One of the worst-kept secrets in showbiz is now official, as the press release proudly confirms all the social media mentions that Mel Allen has been elevated from nights to mornings on Hall Communications’ Classic Rock 106.7 WIZN (The Wizard)/Burlington, VT-Plattsburg, NY. He succeeds Devon McGarry, who recently announced he was leaving the industry.

Allen has been with Hall Communications since 2016, most recently as host of WIZN’s “Highway To Mel” night show — now available at the crack of dawn for your convenience.
